Deposits and Fees

Application fee is $60 per applicant. Admin fee is $400. No security deposit is required with standard approval. 
 

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community that welcomes both cats and dogs of any size.  There is a pet fee of $500 per pet.  Additionally, there is a $30/ month pet rent per pet.
