You do not have to be present for maintenance to perform work in your apartment.
If you are locked out during regular business hours please stop by the office for assistance. Should find yourself locked out after hours, you may contact the emergency maintenance number at (833) 278-0059. Please note there will be a fee for a lock out if the office is closed.
Windsor At Delray Beach offers both off-street outdoor complimentary parking as well as private garage parking. Please contact the office directly for additional information regarding our parking policy.

We perform a credit and criminal background check on every prospective resident over the age of 18. Please contact the office for additional information regarding our application process.
Applications are normally approved within 24 to 48 hours of submission.
We require proof of income from every applicant. For income verification you are able to submit your 2 current paystubs, 6 months of bank statements or an offer letter. Please contact the office for more information.
Because we want you to be protected against life’s unexpected events, our apartment community does require renter's liability insurance of $100,000 for the protection of our residents. We suggest you also insure your personal belongings through your renter's insurance. Assurant is Windsor's partnered insurance provider.
It is preferred that you make an appointment so that we know when to expect you. This allows us to make sure we have everything we need available to you to get the most out of your tour. Walk-ins are welcome, please keep in mind that appointments are taken first as they have previously scheduled a time slot with a Leasing Consultant. You can always Schedule a Tour from our website as well.
Here at Windsor at Delray Beach we provide graciously appointed apartments reserved for individuals, couples, and families at a variety of income levels (30-120% of Delray Beach's area median income), providing an incredible opportunity for prospects to live in our community at an affordable rent. Workforce apartment rents will range from $1450 to $2216 (utilities not included). Prospective tenants must provide proof of income in order to qualify for a Workforce apartment. Our lease agreement does accommodate early lease terminations, there is a fee associated with leaving prior to lease end date. Please contact the office for more information.
Here at Windsor at Delray our maintenance team is available Mondays through Friday for rountine maintenance service requests. We also offer emergency 24 hour maintenance after hours, on weekends, and holidays. You are able to schedule maintenance in your apartment through our Resident Portal.
Windsor offers a Stay With Us Program for resident's transferring from one Windsor Community to another. Please contact the leasing office for more information.
We do not allow sub-leasing or airbnb rentals at any of our communities. If you have any questions please contact the leasing office.
